So how do you achieve success and happiness in life? Does a courier come to your door and ask you to sign for that package of Achievement your Mom ordered for you? As you drive down the road, does someone honk and wave for you to pull over? Once you have, do they write you a check for a million dollars and tell you to have a nice life? Does it really turn out that way? It would be nice if it did, wouldn't it?
But it doesn't. Instead, when you read about the people who have made it to the top in anything, you find that they all have the same thing in common: they refuse to give up. They decide what they want out of life and they go out and get it - no matter what.
Maybe your plan of success is to sit on the couch and tell yourself you're going to win the lottery tomorrow. Even that requires some positive effort. At least you've got to buy a ticket, right? You have to know what you want and you have to know that you're going to get it. Doubt equals surrender and failure.
The vital pre-requisite for getting anything out of life is to believe in yourself first. To know that you can do it, you will do it, and you deserve everything you get out of doing it. A positive attitude counts for everything. Perhaps Henry Ford put it best: "The man who thinks he can and the man who thinks he can't are both right." Which one are you?
Here at Max International, we believe that you are the kind of person who can, rather than the one who thinks they can't. Notice the difference. Everyone can but many have been beaten down into believing that they can't and so they never even try any more. Think about the people whose success you admire: movie stars, sports figures, and famous authors. Can you imagine any of them throwing up their arms and saying: I can't do this and I'm never going to amount to anything at all.
Maybe they feel that way in passing moments of doubt. Everyone has those thoughts once in a while. Yet they overcome those fears and go on to victory regardless. You can too. This doesn't mean that the red carpet unrolls beneath your feet just because you're willing to give it a go for a day or two. A positive attitude needs a continuing positive effort to back it up and amplify it.
You must commit body and soul to winning. Never give in to doubt or adversity. Be certain you can overcome the obstacles that will inevitably arise. Surround yourself with others who bet you can rather than those who sneer at your efforts to escape the trap of failure.
You can't become successful by pursuing it for a day, a week, or a month. Success is something you make a part of yourself. Believe in your ability to triumph at anything you put your mind to. Success becomes your life and it all starts when you put away your fears.

To get your recruits started in building a successful business, you'll need to assist them as they start building their own Max businesses.
Max International will sent an email to all new associates you introduce that details how to get started in building a Max business, but they’ll need your help. At your earliest convenience, please get in touch with your new associates and offer to walk them through the Max Action Plan as soon as their Starter Kit arrives.
The first 48 hours is a crucial time for new Associates and every minute of your time that you take to mentor them can pay huge rewards in the future:
Ask them if they're signed up for AutoShip. If they're not, recommend that they do so in order to take full advantage of this convenient service. Be sure to mention that AutoShip loyalty ensure the lowest possible price for all Max products!
Help them to develop their list of friends and family they can refer to Max and offer to walk them through the process. Helping them decide on at least two new prospects to recruit is a key first step to the duplication process.
Volunteer to host a three way call with them and one of their prospects, this is a great way to not only build the foundation of their business, but teach them useful skills as well.
Set up a schedule for regular check-ins. Consistent communication is vital for keeping your enrolled Associates engaged and on-track.
You're both now part of a growing team of Max Associates. Work with members of both your upline and your downline to continually introduce new prospects to our breakthrough products and amazing opportunity. The faster your team grows, the more your rewards will grow too!
Max International corporate office will inform you whenever one of your enrolled Associate signs up for or cancels an AutoShip delivery. It is always great news when one of your team members joins the Autoship program because you can be even more confident about the commission volume generated by your downline.
We strongly recommend that you to follow-up with your independent associate to congratulate them on their enrollment. Ask them if they’ve signed up for the AutoShip Loyalty program, if they have not yet, remind them about the big savings they can have on Max products when they do sign up.
This is also a great opportunity to touch base with them and see how they’re doing with their Max International business. Have they shared their Max experience with someone on their contact list? If not, encourage them to organize one and offer to help them through the process. Have you joined them on a three-way-call? They could greatly benefit from recruiting together as a team.
